Refund Policy

Free Tier

The SchemaLens free tier is provided at no charge. No payment is required and no refund is applicable.

Paid Plans

Paid plans are billed on a recurring basis (monthly or annually). You may cancel your subscription at any time. Upon cancellation, your paid features remain active until the end of the current billing period.

14-Day Refund Window

If you are not satisfied with your paid plan, you may request a full refund within 14 days of your initial purchase. This applies to first-time purchases only — plan renewals and upgrades are not eligible for the 14-day refund.

After the Refund Window

After the 14-day window, we do not offer pro-rata refunds for unused time in a billing period. Your subscription will remain active until the end of the current billing cycle after cancellation.

How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, email us at billing@schemalens.dev with your account email and the reason for your request. We will process eligible refunds within 5–10 business days.

Exceptional Circumstances

If you experience a service outage or issue that significantly impacts your ability to use SchemaLens, contact us and we will evaluate your case on an individual basis. We aim to be fair and reasonable in all refund decisions.
